This Privacy Policy tells you what to expect when Broadland District Council collects your personal data as Norfolk Warm Homes. It is made It is made under Articles 13 and/or 14 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This notice relates to data collected under Norfolk Warm Homes, operated by Broadland District Council and their partners: Norwich City Council, North Norfolk Council, Borough Council of King’s Lynn and West Norfolk, Breckland District Council and South Norfolk District Council.
Norfolk Warm Homes administers the Home Upgrade Grant (HUG2) which is funded by the Department of Energy Security & Net Zero (DESNZ).
